The article did okay for the audience I had at the time considering it wasn’t a public site either. Meaning everyone that read it had to have received the link directly from me. But I digress, so why did I post the article on this website?

As fans we all can agree that the KinnPorsche era was iconic and dare I say helped shape the kind of content we receive today. After the series was done, they announced that they would be having a world tour. I vividly remember the excitement the fans had especially with everything that had happened before the release of the series. The world tour was like a gift for all our patience.

Soon after the announcement they released the tour dates and where they would be touring. With Bangkok being their first “venue” rightfully so. The show went crazy and the international audience saw this, myself included. At the time I was in the process of moving to Canada so I was certain if they made room for a tour in Canada I would be there in a heartbeat.

My delusion for a tour in Canada was significantly driven by a TikTok of a fan that went viral at the time(I don’t recall the account but I’m looking into it). In the video the fan kept asking if they would tour/ go to Canada she kept urging them to come to Canada and the comment section went feral as well. People were talking of how they would leave their jobs to attend the show and all that kind of talk. In short, nothing mattered at the time apart from being a part of this show.

However, as you may have guessed, that never happened. Here I was in Canada together with the rest that kept asking for them to have a show here, all we could do is watch through TikTok and buy tickets for the Live stream performance. While I did enjoy the live stream performance when you promise a world tour chile! It better be a world tour no?

Which brings me to why I even started this whole company. But that is not an article I should write myself now is it? But the reason lays within the narration above.

Who are the characters?

The main character is Porsche- played by Nattawin Wattanagitiphat (Apo) let alone Kinn- Phakphum Romsaithong (Mile)

Apo and Porsche are two sides of the same coin with very little to no difference between the actor and the character. He is found to be loving, giddy, clumsy and playful. Just like the character Apo is extremely hilarious and playful with a maintained love language of touch.

As for Mile and Kinn they are a very in between personalities. Kinn is seen as harsh and tender, he is very used to getting his own way, of course being in the mafia and all. While Mile is gentle and composed also with an extremely great sense of humor. (How true my next line will be is wholly dependent on Yaoi Twitter and Tiktok) The character Kinn is very much said to be based on Mile's actual story and reality hailing from one of the richest and most renowned families of Thailand.

I cannot talk about main characters and not get into Vegas- played by Wichapas Sumettikul (Bible) and Pete- by Jakapan Puttha (Build)! the fandom would literally kill me. Vegas is a very contrast character from various discussions and the novel itself he will have the biggest character development out there. Pete is a cheesy, blonde character blonde in place of heavily dumb well all that before he gets to start his chapter with Vegas. I call him blonde cause boy! mans gets zero hints from Apo every time Apo tries to talk about his relationship with Kinn well that's what he portrays. Their story is just about to start and I cannot wait!!

I have to mention my personal favorites Thanayut Thakoonauttaya (Tong) when I tell y'all I didn't see his character coming I really didn't. Having known him for his role in TharnType the series as Thorn a very serious brother then get his character as Tankhun the "crazy" sibling was literally everything and more. My other favorite is definitely Jeff Satur chile! have you seen the man? have you heard him sing? I'm currently playing his song Highway on repeat! Back to his character; he plays as Kinn's Youngest sibling (Kim) he is highly meticulous and definitely has something cooking. His relationship with Porchay (Porsche's younger bother) will break hearts but lets not assume.

What is KinnPorsche about?...

Its a Thai Yaoi/ Bl (boys Love) drama adapted from an online novel of the same name.

The second young master (Kinn), was plotted by the enemy and met Porsche while trying to escape. Porsche, a college student who works in a pub as his part-time job, happened to see Kinn being chased after, but didn't plan to come forward to rescue him.

However, Kinn made a deal with him if he would save him, he would give him money in return. Money drives Porsche, a one-time national martial arts champion, into the close combat, where he rescues Kinn and manages to keep him out of the way. Porsche's good skills also made Kinn want him to be his personal bodyguard...

In addition to being pursued by Kinn, Porsche was also pursued by Kinn's enemies Desperate, he had to relent to his fate and became Kinn's bodyguard . Though his heart was reluctant and he was afraid his only kin brother would be involved in this madness. But God seemed to be playing tricks on him, and he was finally forced to agree to Kinn and enter his intricate family. Being a bodyguard of a gang is all about skills. During this time, Porsche also encountered various unexpected things. The closer he got to Kinn the more hesitation he felt in his heart. But this road is not easy to walk, because the various problems and obstacles that follow are testing their love, and Porsche has to face all the difficulties and strengthen his feelings for Kinn....

Fast forward to July 26th, and BOC, being the trendsetters they are, hosted a movie night for the first episode for local fans. Now here comes the jest of being an international fan. Yes, you could buy tickets to join the live stream of the show, but the unspoken and unending jealousy always creeps in! You find yourself questioning why you are not in Thailand, spending all your money on your favorite artists. However, international fans always find a way! Take us, for example; we hosted a watch party of the very same episode in Vancouver, and we all know nothing beats having someone to go crazy over a show with!

The first episode blew my mind! The angles were new and exciting, the production quality was no longer quirky, the story was different and let us not even get into the visuals (artists) of the show because whew! Then came the “raw” Fuiaz, who stole the show from that very moment on, and at 18! Now that is what you call raw talent; see what I did there? I would love to get into the series per episode, but I feel like I may lose some of you given our current lack of interest in long-form content.

Given that they had to re-write the script after all the drama with the original script and its writers, the new script is surprisingly good. Like I said, the storyline is catchy, and the pacing of the show is right. I say this with zero experience and expertise in production but with a self-acclaimed quality taste and an eye for good shows. Despite everything being right, I admit they lost me on the 5th episode. The show suddenly felt like the Kim character in Kinn Porsche, where we thought he was cooking but he was just vibing, but also turned out to be giving us clues on things we may have missed during the scenes. So, what am I saying? It feels like “4 Minutes” is headed nowhere and was a little overhyped for where they are now. It is the delivery for such a complex show, it is all the n/c scenes that take away from the plot, but I am ready to be proven wrong and silenced by the next few episodes until it ends.
